To set up your new account and have your store scheduled for shipping and servicing it is essential that we receive the information on the attached form.
We have included a section asking for information on the size of your current greeting card display racks, the retail price of the cards you now carry and your annual purchases of cards, calculated at your cost. This information will assist us to better serve you and get your account opened promptly. Any information provided will remain confidential and will be used only to set up and approve your account.
The completed form should be faxed, toll free, to 1-800-771-7633. After receipt one of our customer service staff will contact you regarding servicing and ordering.
